No, you do not need to worry about cleaning supplies and equipment. Cleaners will bring all that is needed to properly complete the service in question. The rate quoted normally includes cleaning supplies and equipment.

What method of payment is accepted and what are your payment terms?

Fresh & Shiny accepts all major credit cards, checks, and e-transfers. Payment terms vary depending on the service. For additional information on our payment terms, we ask that you contact customer service at 289-892-5016 and we will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Are your employees insured and bondable?

Yes, all employees are required to have a clear criminal background check and also be bondable before being hired by our company. In addition, all of our employees are covered as well as general liability insurance. Insurance documents can be made available upon client request.

We offer Regular Janitorial Services, Regular Residential Cleaning, Post Construction/Renovation Cleaning, and move-in/Move-out Cleaning.
